We Use Information Only For The Designated Purpose

If you volunteer to assist on River Day, for example, we will add you only to our River Day Volunteer e-mail list and not to any others that you don't specifically ask to be added to.

This means if River Day is all that you wish to be involved with, you will not be contacted for any other reason.

We will add you to the generic notification list that is used simply to inform you any time changes are made to the marstonsmills.org web site. If you ask us not to do this, we will not include you on that e-mail list.

We Do Not Share Any Information About You

Any information you supply us about yourself will not be shared with anyone else for any use or other purposes.

No other organization will receive your e-mail address or any other information about you.

Removing Your Name From Our Email Listing

To be removed from any of our e-mail listings, just contact the webmaster [link at the bottom of this page]. Be sure to indicate the e-mail address under which you are receiving the e-mail and which list [like River Day] you wish to be removed from or specify all.

You'll be removed immediately and notified via e-mail that we did so.
